Current Residence: Portsmouth, England

Spent three years studying Software Engineering at Portsmouth University earning a Diploma in Software Engineering. Have spent the last 9 and a half years working in the hospitality sector within the pub trade.

Aim to utilise the knowledge gained through my degree course and personal learning to perform freelance web design, with an emphasis in social networking and marketing. Working under the name apt Creative Design or aptCD for short. With the goal of providing a strong internet presence and portfolio of work for future employers.

Learnt a lot from the hospitality trade in regards to individual and team responsibilities, including leadership roles. How important team and customer relations are to a business, equally so organisation, administration and record keeping to activities undertaken. Working for a micro-brewery has also allowed me the opportunity to learn how to brew real ale and be responsible for its production when the head brewer takes a holiday.

Outside of work I am passionate about technology in all its forms as well as having a love of entertainment media, e.g. books, films and tv.
